Sloppy packaging but good product

This serum has a lightweight, watery texture. It comes out orange and has a scent similar to most other vitamin C serums. While it is not my favorite, I do not mind the fragrance. It is noticeable at first but does not linger. The serum smooths on easily and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky or greasy residue behind. While my skin is not sensitive, I do experience a bit of tingling right after application.
After using the serum consistently for several weeks, I have noticed that my skin looks brighter and more radiant. I have not seen a change in my hyperpigmentation yet, but I am aware that fading dark spots usually requires patience and long term use.
I appreciate the choice of dark glass packaging, which is essential for protecting vitamin C from light exposure and preventing it from degrading. However, the rest of the presentation feels a bit sloppy. My bottle arrived with the label applied crookedly, which gave a less than ideal first impression. That said, because the serum itself performs well, the packaging flaw does not bother me too much. The results outweigh the aesthetics.
